Youth and Family Worker | Radiate Cathcart

• Role: Youth and Family Worker
• Salary: Annual salary of £15,288 or £25,480 FTE 
• Hours: 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE)
• Closing date: Friday 7 March
• Interview date: Week beginning Monday 17 March
• Start date: April 2025

Main Duties

• Identify and assess the needs of the local community with a view to developing schools ministry.
• Assist with the organising and running of youth activities.
• Continue to develop and utilise links with other community groups and agencies, including local schools.
• Identify opportunities for development of leadership and volunteers within existing activities.
• Participate in partner church worship.
• Communicate information, vision and progress as often as the Radiate Cathcart trustees deems appropriate.
• Undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time by the line manage
