Gary Pews

Gary joined the staff of the Holidays Department in March 2024 but has had a lifelong involvement with SU Scotland as a volunteer. His part-time post of  ‘Facilities Coordinator’ involves the day-to-day running of the camp sites at Scoughall and Kingscross, including all compliance and Health and Safety matters.

Gary said: ‘’I have been going to camps at Scoughall since I was 12 years old, which people gleefully remind me wasn’t yesterday, and it was there that I began my own faith journey. I know how special Scoughall and Kingscross have been, and still are, to so many people, and so it is a privilege to now be playing a part in the development of the sites.’’
