Elaine Kinloch

Elaine has been in the fundraising team since May 2023 in her role as Individual Giving Manager. With a broad remit, Elaine manages our fundraising appeals, legacies, regional worker support raising, young people’s supporter journeys and fundraising events. With nearly 20 years of experience in the third sector, Elaine’s previous experience includes church youth work, schools work and community based youth work. For the last 15 years she worked at Linlithgow Young People’s Project, a Christian community based youth project where she was Project Manager for the last 7 years. Outside of work, Elaine is a trustee in a local charity, a keen park-runner, mum to 2 primary aged children and wife to Graham, Pastor of a Baptist Church in West Lothian.
