Dave Moss

I joined the Alltnacriche team in 2012, moving up from Kent, where I worked as a youth worker with the organisation Fairbridge. At Alltnacriche, I have the privilege of working alongside an incredible team of talented individuals, all dedicated to meaningfully sharing their faith with the children and young people who visit. I’m a firm believer in the transformative impact that outdoor and residential experiences can have on faith journeys. Growing up in the Boys' Brigade, I was blessed with opportunities that shaped my life, and it’s an honour to now help create those same opportunities for others. Whether through school residentials, wilderness expeditions, or young leader development, I’m passionate about supporting young people to grow in faith and confidence.

I’m married to Anna, a primary school teacher, and we have four children: Caleb, Jared, Naarah, and Silas. When I’m not at work, I enjoy skiing, running, canoeing, long wilderness expeditions, and meals with family and friends.
