A Tale of Two Kings
Welcome to the The Tale of Two kings
SU Scotland’s exciting new holiday club material is packed full of ideas we know you will love.
The Tale of Two Kings Holiday Club looks at how the Bible tells God’s story revealing who He is. It tells key stories from the life of King David, who points us towards King Jesus. As children journey to the castle, meeting knights, princesses and bards, they will also be introduced to the story of these two Kings.
The Tale of Two Kings has been written to be used indoors; however, it is easily adaptable to be used outdoors.
The Tale of Two Kings' aim is to help children come to understand how the events and promises of the Old Testament are fulfilled in the New. Join us on a medieval adventure to see how King David points us to God’s greatest King – King Jesus – the only King we can give our lives to!
As children explore the biblical overview, our prayer is that they will find themselves in the story, understanding God’s love for them through the significance of what Jesus has done, and personally respond to him.
What is The Tale of Two Kings?
