We are seeking to recruit a Catering supervisor to join our team our team at Gowanbank. This is a new role and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to create an environment within the Centre which is homely and reflects Christ to visiting groups.
PURPOSE
Reporting to the Centre Director, the Catering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing catering provision to Gowanbank guests and ensuring that the kitchen is cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full participation in the life and ministry of the Centre
- Planning menus for incoming groups, taking into account dietary requirements
- Effective supervision of catering staff and volunteers
- Managing the kitchen and dining environments to a high standard

You will have experience in a catering environment with a demonstrable commitment to high standards and excellent customer service. You will have a passion for hospitality and creating a warm environment for our guests.
